Job summary

Kaabil is seeking a customer service associate in Mumbai to greet customers politely and professionally, handle individual requests with a can-do attitude, and develop knowledge of all products to advise customers on choices. You will also maintain temperature records and report any variance as required.

You will ensure compliance with fire, health, safety and hygiene standards, report health and safety issues to your line manager, including accidents and near misses, and keep work areas clean

To demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations.
To acquire a good knowledge of all products in order to be able to advise individual customers on their product choice.
To maintain temperature records as required and to report any variance.
To make sure you are aware of, and meet the legal and Company requirements for fire, safety, health, and hygiene.
To report health and safety issues to your line manager, including all accidents and near misses.
To clean all work areas during and after use and remove all waste to the appropriate area.
