Job summary

Med Freshe Pvt Ltd, part of UNISON NARULA GROUP, invites applications for a CSSD Manager to oversee daily CSSD operations at Manglagiri. The role requires strong leadership, strict adherence to sterilization standards, and collaboration with OT and Infection Control teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of CSSD/sterile experience and NABH-compliant practices, with the ability to train staff and maintain meticulous records. Immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in CSSD management and sterilization processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the CSSD department.
• Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, packing and sterilization of surgical instruments.
• Handle and monitor Autoclave, ETO and other sterilization equipment.
• Ensure compliance with NABH, infection control and hospital SOPs.
• Maintain CSSD records, documentation and inventory.
• Coordinate with OT, Nursing and Infection Control teams.
• Lead, train and manage CSSD staff.
