Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing IT Infrastructure administration activities and application support, server administration, rollouts, maintenance & application deployment.
2. Continuously monitor and implement service improvement initiatives (Automate routine tasks, process improvements, etc) for value realization.
3. Collaborate with different service teams (internal & external) to ensure service availability as agreed with clients.
4. Provide technical solutions and alternatives, mentoring and supporting teams, handling team on need basis for service delivery and client engagements.
5. Define, implement and optimize monitoring solutions for applications and underlying infrastructure.
