Job description

We're looking for an enthusiastic STEM Trainer to deliver hands-on Robotics, AI, Coding, and Electronics sessions to students in partner schools. You'll be the face of STREAMEDU in the classroom — making STEM concepts practical, engaging, and age-appropriate for students from primary through senior secondary levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging, hands-on STEM/Robotics/Coding/AI training sessions for students across different age groups (Grades 1–12) as per STREAMEDU's curriculum.
• Set up, demonstrate, and guide students through robotics kits, electronics components, and coding platforms during sessions.
• Adapt teaching style and pace to suit different grade levels and student comprehension.
• Manage classroom engagement, discipline, and safety during hands-on activities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot training kits and equipment; report any damage or shortages promptly.
• Track student attendance, participation, and progress; share session reports with the Training Lead.
• Coordinate with school coordinators/teachers to schedule sessions and align with school timetables.
• Support school events, workshops, exhibitions, and demo days as required.
• Provide feedback on curriculum effectiveness and suggest improvements based on classroom experience.
• Represent STREAMEDU professionally at all times while on school premises.

Requirements

• Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Education, or a related field (B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Ed, or equivalent).
• Genuine interest in teaching and working with school-age children.
• Basic understanding of robotics, electronics, or coding concepts (training will be provided on STREAMEDU's specific curriculum and kits).
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Patience, energy, and adaptability to work with different age groups and learning paces.
• Willingness to travel to partner schools within the assigned territory.
• Fluency in English and Gujarati/Hindi as required for the region.

Good to Have

• Prior experience as a teacher, trainer, or STEM educator.
• Familiarity with LEGO-compatible robotics kits, Arduino, Scratch, or similar platforms.
• Experience conducting workshops, camps, or extracurricular activity sessions for children.
