Job summary

Aviotron Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. in India is seeking a Product Operations Manager to bridge technology, operations and product execution.

The role requires coordinating between product, tech, sales, content, training and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation and continuous improvement. You will manage daily product operations, track usage and feedback, support rollouts across schools, create SOPs, and help define requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification - B.Tech /B.E. in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics/Aerospace/Industrial Design studies is mandatory.
• 2+ years of experience in product operations, implementation or product coordination.
• Managerial or team coordination experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, CRM, LMS or project tools.
• EdTech experience preferred.

work at the intersection of technology, operations, product execution. This role is best suited for
someone who can coordinate between product, tech, sales and content, training and customer
success teams and can ensure smooth product implementation and continuous improvement.
