Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering STEM & Robotics curriculum at schools.
• Adopting a data‑driven attitude towards measuring learner progress.
• Attending to individual student needs and providing additional learning support when needed.
• Demonstrating various STEM products at schools and creating awareness of STEM among students from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Communicating regularly with parents, authorities and other stakeholders when needed.
• Monitoring student growth to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Using learner data to constantly refine the existing curriculum.
• Assessing stakeholder feedback and developing an action plan to improve implementation.
• Passionate about teaching and educating students and teachers; must have patience and the right attitude in dealing with students and aspirants.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/ BCA/ B.Sc. + M.Sc./MTech./MCA in Computer Science and Information Technology or a graduate degree (any) with science as a subject till 12th or Diploma in Engineering with a good understanding of IT technology and terminology.
• 0-3 years’ experience in educational technology, publishing or the academic industry; strong connections in schools will be given additional preference.
• Young and dynamic, age 22-28 years.
• Hands‑on experience with MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work in teams.
• Freshers can apply with a relevant degree and a passion to learn.
• Empathy and great interpersonal skills.
