Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support Management
  • Training provided at client side
  • Providing backend customer support after product implementation at bank site
  • Support of Help desk activities
  • Banking software support

Job Specification:

  • B Com or similar field graduate can apply
  • Must have client handling abilities
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • 0-1 year experience in banking software domain will be preferred

Job Type: Work at Office
