Job summary

Goduh Consultants seeks an experienced supervisor to mentor and develop junior staff, ensuring timely, high-quality engagement deliverables. The role involves collaboration across divisions to support business development and strengthen client relationships, with a focus on assurance of financial statements.

The incumbent will guide a team, perform reviews for quality, and participate in trainings on accounting standards, while planning engagements and managing timelines at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor and develop junior staff, provide timely and effective mentoring and training
• Assist in business development efforts and collaborate with other divisions within the firm to build cross-functional relationships
• Build, maintain, and enhance client relationships
• Assurance Review of the financial statements
• Ensure that the work is planned, organized and performed by self and team by guiding them and performing reviews on deliverables to ensure quality and timely delivery of work
• Demonstrate industry competence and clarity of communication
• Develop self by participating in and developing others by facilitating trainings on assurance and accounting standards
• Preparing engagement plan by defining time limits and allotting responsibilities to team members
• Work under strict timelines and at client locations
