Job summary

LIMAGRAIN in Hyderabad seeks a capable candidate for an R&D station role focused on safety, asset management, and field operations. The position requires agronomy knowledge, regulatory awareness, and strong communication in English and the local language.

You will coordinate land use, crop rotation, labour planning, and inputs inventory, while supporting CAPEX/OPEX management and documentation across the R&D site.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of Agronomy (crop planning, field preparation, crop rotation, pest management).
• Knowledge of statutory requirements for establishing & running the station.
• Effective communicator (verbal & non-verbal) in English & the local language.
• Good knowledge of computer basics.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Safety, Health and Environment at the station.

• Establishing irrigation facilities and maintenance of irrigation equipment, machineries and green houses.
• Establish and propose to the Manager CAPEX, OPEX and manage them
• Possession and renewal of documents pertaining to R & B like land lease renewal, general license from Panchayat or Government body, Electricity Board or any other departments.
• Hiring security for the breeding station.
• Documenting surface area utilized for R & D analytics
