Job Responsibilities
- Lead the Inside Sales representatives team at State.
- Set and track sales targets & KPIs by monitoring Leads Generation, Sales volumes, Delivery Efficiency and TAT.
- Manage the Jio Customer Associate & Jio Home Delivery Program at State and ensure high productivity.
- Drive JCAs for Lead Generation, Customer Retention & Win-back Programs.
- Identify and onboard Channel Partners - Ensure Partner profitability and sustained interest.
- Collaborate with Internal and External Stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Identify key issues and pain points of the team and support in providing resolution.
- Ensure implementation of operational procedures on ground.
- Review and analyze daily sales performance of the team members.
- Coach, train, evaluate and monitor inside sales representatives' performance.
- Responsible for implementation of various sub-programs launched by State/NHQ.
Education Requirement
MBA or equivalent (B.E. in any discipline preferred)
Experience Requirement
8 to 14 Years
