• Guide distribution of X-sell products to achieve volume targets.
• Partner with Digital Marketing to increase customer penetration via digital channels.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with dealers, OEMs, and channel/product partners.
• Improve portfolio performance through monitoring and recommendations to product and sales teams.
• Guide Product team in 2 Wheeler Loan category to offer differentiated offerings.
• Collaborate with analytics team to identify cross-sell opportunities.

Job Purpose

The role entails scaling up the business for lending in the state by developing strategies to expand the existing products, channels, segments and customer base by delivering banking needs to the customers in the most cost efficient and technology effective manner. It includes building up teams, systems, process and culture amenable to the scale and consistency of delivery. Role will closely collaborate with Retail team - Product Head, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, BIU for same. This role encapsulates the responsibility of providing a seamless and fulfilling customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the State business across Suvidha LAP loan to expand revenue per existing customer.
• Guide distribution of X-sell products ensuring volume scale-up as per the defined targets.
• Partner with the Digital Marketing team to increase customer penetration via digital medium.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships across key dealers, OEMs, channel/product partners etc. to increase the penetration of entire portfolio.
• Improve the performance & quality of portfolio through regular monitoring and providing recommendations for course correction to the Product and sales teams
• Guide the Product team in 2 Wheeler Loan category to provide differentiated offerings and drive business growth.
• Work with business analytics team to identify potential for cross sell.

Education Qualification

Graduation: Bachelors in Technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management.

Post-graduation: MBA, PGDM
