About the Role
State Head – Personal Loan (Partner Business)
Responsible for leading the personal loan business across the assigned state(s), with a focus on partner‑driven channels. Drives revenue growth, expands cross‑sell opportunities, and builds strategic partnerships with dealers, OEMs, and other channel partners. Works closely with digital marketing, product, and analytics teams to enhance customer penetration, improve portfolio quality, and deliver differentiated offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the personal loan business across the state, focusing on revenue expansion per existing customer.
- Guide the distribution of cross‑sell products to achieve volume targets.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to drive customer acquisition through digital channels.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key dealers, OEMs, and channel/product partners to increase portfolio penetration.
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide actionable insights to the Product and Sales teams for course correction.
- Support the Product team in developing differentiated offerings in the Business Loan category to drive growth.
- Work with the Business Analytics team to identify cross‑sell opportunities and improve customer engagement.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through automation and digital enablement.
- Ensure effective resource planning and utilization to support business growth.
- Promote a customer‑centric approach across all business activities.
