Job summary

CanKids invites applications for a State Coordinator to drive the National Outreach Program (NOP) within the Change for Childhood Cancer (CCC) framework in the assigned state. You will oversee program implementation, manage strategic partnerships with government and hospitals, lead a dedicated team, and ensure rigorous monitoring and reporting.

Job Description

Summary:

The State Coordinator plays a pivotal leadership role in driving the successful delivery of CanKids’ National Outreach Program (NOP) within the assigned state, operating under the Change for Childhood Cancer (CCC) framework. This position is central to advancing equitable access to care and support for children with cancer and their families by overseeing program implementation, managing strategic partnerships with government and healthcare institutions, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring rigorous monitoring and reporting. The State Coordinator ensures alignment with national goals, compliance with MoUs, and continuous expansion of services through effective resource mobilization, quality assurance, and capacity building. This role is instrumental in strengthening the program’s impact, sustainability, and visibility at the state level.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and ongoing monitoring of all state-level NOP activities in alignment with national strategies.
  
• Implement annual operational plans and budgets, ensuring adherence to program targets and donor requirements.
