The role supports business growth by driving operational excellence, governance, and efficient administration across the state.

Key Result Areas

Supporting Actions

Branch Operations & Facility Management

Ensure smooth branch administration across the state, monitor housekeeping, security, utilities, and maintenance and drive asset management and preventive maintenance programs.

Branch Expansion & Infrastructure Development

Manage new branch setup and infrastructure readiness, coordinate civil, electrical, interior, and branding activities and ensure timely completion of expansion projects.

Compliance, Reporting & Risk Management

Ensure statutory compliance, maintain registers, prepare MIS reports, address audit queries, and manage asset lifecycle.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Manage facility management vendors and service providers, negotiate service agreements and monitor vendor performance and coordinate with business, HR, Finance, Risk, and Procurement teams.

Financial Control & Budget Management

Manage state administration budgets, process vendor payments and monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

People Leadership

Supervise contract staff, ensure productivity, and provide guidance for smooth operations.
