Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Proven work experience as US IT Recruitment Experience.
2. Knowledge on Tax terms and Visa status.
3. Write and post technical job descriptions.
4. Source potential candidates on niche platforms.
5. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities.
6. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
7. Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions).
8. Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
9. Compose job offer letters and onboard new hires.
10. Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, Teams, WebEx).
11. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
12. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
13. Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.

Qualifications:
