As a recruiter, you’ll own and deliver on the hiring strategy and its execution.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Full understanding and experience of the recruitment life-cycle including receiving job requests, manager intake, creating job descriptions, posting job vacancies, sourcing talent, and negotiating offers.
2. Must have excellent relationship building and communication skills.
3. You must have experience sourcing talent via social outlets.
4. Ability to work in a distributed work environment.
5. Identify and lead hiring. Lead and drive closures for client openings.
6. Have a continuous pipeline of candidates for key openings.
7. Identify new channels for reaching out to candidates.
