Key Responsibilities Define and drive the organization's test automation roadmap. Design scalable, maintainable, and reusable automation frameworks. Establish automation standards, best practices, and governance. Drive shift-left testing practices and quality engineering initiatives. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. Mentor engineers and conduct code and framework reviews. Define strategies for performance, load, scalability, and reliability testing. Track automation coverage, defect escape rate, test stability, and release readiness. Required Qualifications 8+ years of software testing and quality engineering experience. 5+ years of hands-on test automation development experience. Strong programming skills in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
