Job summary

LinkedIn in Bangalore, India, seeks a hands-on specialist to operate, enhance, and support Oracle Cloud EPM for enterprise planning, budgeting, and consolidation. • Hands-on subject-matter expert responsible for operating, enhancing, and supporting enterprise planning and consolidation capabilities within Oracle Cloud EPM.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes within Oracle Cloud EPM, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and enhance planning models supporting headcount, revenue, Opex, Capex, bookings, and related drivers.
• Apply strong finance accounting principles to validate forecasts and support consolidation outputs.
• Perform light system configuration within Oracle EPM, including metadata updates, hierarchy maintenance, and form adjustments.
• Support configuration and operation of planning modules such as workforce/headcount planning, financial planning, and forecasting cubes.
• Partner with Finance Systems or Engineering teams on enhancements, testing, and deployments.
• Engage with business and finance partners to understand planning assumptions and scenario requirements.
• Translate business needs into system-enabled planning solutions ensuring usability, accuracy, and scalability.
• Communicate planning insights and variances to drive alignment and informed decisions.
• Independently drive planning-related workstreams with ownership.

Core Responsibilities
