General Summary:

Qualcomm is seeking an experienced professional to join our Yield & Diagnostics Engineering team in Bengaluru in a Team Lead capacity. We are looking for candidates with 10+ years of relevant experience and a strong background in semiconductor yield analysis, diagnostics, automation, and data analytics. Professionals with expertise in Scan and MBIST design, along with a solid understanding of Design-for-Test (DFT) fundamentals and associated tools, are encouraged to apply.
