Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Staff Solutions Architect to lead customer-facing technology efforts in the Banking team for the APJ region, based in Bengaluru. You will guide prospects and customers on the suitability of our cloud platform, articulate architectural advantages, and strengthen technical relationships with key decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Reside within Bangalore, India.
• Exceptional technical communication skills, including presenting, whiteboarding, and writing.
• Deep understanding of distributed system technologies, design principles, and best practices.
• Proficiency in building application prototypes and providing design, development, build, and deployment guidance using one or more of the company’s supported languages.
• Firm grasp of operational considerations in production environments, such as security, reliability, performance, cost management, and operations.
• Ability to provide insightful advice on architectural topics, including application patterns and platform architectures.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider and familiarity with commonly used application development and production services.
• Serve as a strategic technical advisor to Sales Account Executives, assisting with scoping and sizing opportunities and offering guidance on technical fit and challenges.

The Staff Solutions Architect is the company's primary customer-facing technical leader within the Banking team,with a focus on theAPJ (India) region. In this crucial role, you’ll work directly with prospects and customers, guiding them in understanding the suitability of their applications for the company’s platform and showcasing the technical advantages of our cloud service. Your contribution is vital in positioning the company against alternative technologies, helping customer engineering teams expand production applications using the company, and owning the technical relationship with key decision-makers. Your role is integral to our success.

• Prior experience with FinTech and/or FinServe.
• Likes to learn new technical topics, often directly from Engineering
• Can come up to speed without any sales-specific training (i.e., from docs, videos & conversations)

CompensationThe estimated pay range for this role is ₹8,000,000 - ₹10,000,000

This is a base salary and variable role with a 70/30 split.
