Job summary

You will contribute to architecture, implement REST APIs and microservices, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering/AI or related field.
• 8+ years in software engineering with Generative AI experience.
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, and vector databases.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong design principles, distributed systems, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Generative AI apps.
• Build RAG solutions using vector databases and knowledge sources.
• Develop AI assistants, copilots, and intelligent workflows with LLMs.
• Integrate foundation models from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, and open-source.
• Design and implement REST APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize AI app performance, latency, and costs.
• Implement prompt engineering, model evaluation, and guardrails.
• Follow software engineering best practices: code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, DevOps.

• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of software design principles, distributed systems, and cloud‑native application development.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
