Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, scoping, and navigation of complex compliance initiatives across a large work group with long time horizons.
• Clarify, make tractable, and solve large, ambiguous technical problems, reducing architectural chaos and delivering scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to align engaging priorities and drive organizational consensus in the best interest of the team and the broader Geo organization.
• Elevate engineering standards, influence designs beyond the GSDA team, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.
