Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools (Copilot, Claude) in daily development
• Experience with REST, JSON, AJAX, and relational databases
• Experience with event-driven and stateless architectures, functional programming, and ADTs
• Experience driving architecture and engineering standards at team/division level
• Strong critical thinking and ability to integrate AI into processes/workflows
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and strong product sense
• BS or higher in CS or related field, or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and work outside comfort zone
• Backend development experience with Java is a plus
• ServiceNow platform certification/development experience is a plus

Job Description

We're looking for a Staff Full Stack Developer to help build and scale our AI-powered tools for application development. You'll work at the intersection of UI, backend, and AI-driven engineering — architecting solutions that improve developer experience, expand platform capabilities, and drive engineering excellence across the team.

What you'll do:

• Design and implement AI-powered tools for application development, using cutting‑edge technical approaches to deliver business value
• Architect and build core web technology stacks — authentication, event tracking, application platform, and design systems
• Drive architecture and engineering standards at the team and division level, promoting best practices for building modular, scalable web apps and APIs
• Design, develop, and maintain microservices‑based applications on Kubernetes, improving scalability, reliability, and deployment speed
• Work closely with product, ML, and engineering teams to enhance developer experience, close technology gaps with creative solutions, and increase customer adoption
• Expand the product's reach to more customers, domains, and global markets while maintaining high engineering quality
• Integrate AI into engineering workflows and decision‑making — using AI‑powered tools, automating processes, and applying AI‑driven insights to improve how the team builds and ships software
• Operate at a startup pace with a high degree of total ownership, even within a larger organization

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience building scalable, high‑quality applications
• Hands‑on proficiency using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, or similar) in day‑to‑day development work is a must
• Experience with REST, JSON, AJAX, and relational databases
• Experience with event‑driven and stateless architectures, functional programming, and abstract data types (ADTs)
• Demonstrated experience driving architecture and engineering standards at a team or division level
• Strong critical thinking and a track record of integrating AI into engineering processes, workflows, or decision‑making
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills and strong product sense
• BS or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• A constant thirst for learning and willingness to work outside your comfort zone
• Backend development experience with Java is an added advantage
• ServiceNow platform certification and/or development experience is a strong added advantage
