Agoda is seeking a Staff Front-End Engineer based in Bangkok to design and build AI‑driven chat experiences powering Agoda’s AI Assistant, trip planning, and customer support flows.

You will lead frontend architecture, optimize performance, accessibility, and scalability, and mentor the FE team while collaborating with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to deliver world‑class travel experiences.

• 8+ years of experience building and leading web front-ends at scale.
• Strong background in architecture, system design and guiding FE teams.
• Experience delivering AI‑driven features and ensuring performance and accessibility.

As our Staff Front-End Engineer, you will design and build AI-driven chat experiences that power Agoda’s AI Assistant, trip planning and discovery, customer support flows, and proactive recommendations. You’ll work closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define, build, and scale the next generation of AI solutions that make travel planning more intuitive, personalized, and effortless for millions of customers worldwide.

We’re looking for a visionary Front-End architect with a strong hands‑on mentality — integrating innovative AI capabilities and rapidly validating ideas through experimentation. You will create measurable impact on traveler experience and business outcomes, while upholding Agoda’s standards for privacy, reliability, and the responsible use of AI.
