Agoda is seeking a Staff Front-End Engineer in Bangkok to design and build AI‑driven chat experiences powering the AI Assistant and travel planning tools. You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to scale AI solutions that personalize travel for millions of customers.

The role requires a hands-on FE leader who can drive architecture, set standards, and ensure privacy and reliability while delivering measurable impact for Agoda’s global user base.

As our Staff Front-End Engineer, you will design and build AI-driven chat experiences that power Agoda’s AI Assistant, trip planning and discovery, customer support flows, and proactive recommendations. You’ll work closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define, build, and scale the next generation of AI solutions that make travel planning more intuitive, personalized, and effortless for millions of customers worldwide.

We’re looking for a visionary Front-End architect with a strong hands‑on mentality — integrating innovative AI capabilities and rapidly validating ideas through experimentation. You will create measurable impact on traveler experience and business outcomes, while upholding Agoda’s standards for privacy, reliability, and the responsible use of AI.
