Job summary

TeamViewer, a leading Digital Workplace platform, seeks a Staff Full Stack Engineer with C# and JavaScript framework experience to join our DEX/Observability initiatives. You will design and implement integration between platforms, scale SaaS applications, and drive secure SDLC with CI/CD.

You will collaborate with global teams, shape the architecture of unified, scalable solutions, and deliver high-visibility projects across the product stack. Fluency in English is mandatory for this role.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software development experience in product-based companies.
• Strong experience in C# .Net (8 or 10), SQL (MS-SQL, SQL MI or Postgres) and Azure services.
• Proficient in using AI-based development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude etc).
• Experience with Docker/containerization and event streaming.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL data storage technologies (e.g. MySQL and MongoDB).
• Experience creating and updating CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Azure/AWS cloud services such as: Kafka, Kubernetes, Redis, event streaming.
• Experience with complex JavaScript (Electron, promises, functional programming) and React/Vue/Angular.
• Experience leading platform migrations and projects to scale SaaS applications.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Observability team and integrate Exoprise capabilities into the DEX platform.
• Lead design approaches to integrate Exoprise capabilities into the DEX platform.
• Drive platform integration work across full stack including UI/DevOps.
• Uphold CI/CD quality gates, secure SDLC and observability/SLOs.
• Scale the platform to meet SMB and large enterprise needs.

Responsibilities

The TeamViewer Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Platform finds and resolves IT issues before they affect users. Over the past several years we have successfully built and released products which makes IT administrators' day-to-day life easier. Our vision is to become THE unified endpoint management solution for our customers. Our DEX platform consists of an agent (C++), a UI (React) and a backend (C# .Net Core 8 on Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure SQL Managed Instance, PostgreSQL, EventHub, Kafka, Databricks). We also have an Observability platform which captured detailed metrics related to device & network performance (to a much more granular level than DEX platform), and also SaaS applications. Our observability platform consists of an agent (C++, QT, Electron, JavaScript), a UI (React, Vue, Angular) and a backend (Ruby on Rails, Resque, MongoDB, MySQL, AWS EC2). We are looking for an exceptional Staff Full Stack Engineer with C# and JavaScript framework experience. You will play a key role in the design and implementation work to bring capabilities from our Observability platform into our DEX platform. This will involve making technical decisions about the best way we can integrate to provide our users with the best customer experience whilst ensuring that we can converge our 2 platforms into a single unified, scalable, maintainable platform.

• You will work closely with our existing Observability team (based in the US) and play a key role in the integration whilst supporting the existing platform.
• Playing a lead role in designing approaches to integrate Exoprise capabilities into the DEX platform.
• Play a lead role in the platform integration work
• Engineering every aspect of the product across the full stack - from User Experience, Visualization and DevOps to Analytics
• Adhere to engineering standards: CI/CD quality gates, secure SDLC, and observability/SLOs.
• Scale the platform to meet the needs of both SMB and large enterprise customers.

Requirements

• A university degree in the field of information technology, computer science and engineering or a related subject
• 12+ years of professional experience in the field of software development, with experience in Product-based companies.
• Strong experience in C# .Net (8 or 10), SQL (MS-SQL, SQL MI or Postgres) and Azure services
• Proficient in using AI-based development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude etc)
• Experience with Docker/containerization and event streaming.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL data storage technologies (e.g. MySQL and MongoDB)
• Experience creating and updating CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Azure/AWS cloud services such as: Kafka, Kubernetes, Redis, event streaming
• Experience working with complex JavaScript (Electron, promises, functional programming) and one of React, Vue.JS, Angular.
• Experience leading platform migrations and projects to scale SaaS applications
• Solid knowledge of Secure SDLC principles, OWASP Top-10 vulnerabilities & remediation, and Threat Modeling.
• Understanding of Clean Code and Design Patterns for object-orientated programming
• A pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset that balances technical excellence with business needs and delivery timelines.
• A spirit of lifelong learning and eagerness to tackle new challenges every day
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Experience in Ruby on Rails and backend technologies such as HAML, Resque, and ActionCable is a definite Plus.
• Experience with C++, QT and Electron is a plus
• Experience working with network protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, SSL/TLS, UDP, SIP, RTP is a plus
