Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Experience in Technical Engineering Manager role with full cycle team management.

• Experience with BIAN architecture, microservices, and cloud-based solutions.
• Proficiency in .NET Core, React JS, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, Python and API development.
• Strong understanding of REST, GraphQL, Oracle and PostgreSQL/AWS Aurora databases.
• Experience with AWS cloud and AI-powered engineering tools; mentoring and secure coding practices.

• Drive the initiatives for the bank in the area of software & quality Engineering.
• Develop solutions for the bank to ensure the best controls are in place.
• Act as an adviser to your business, delivering accurate and timely insights on performance information to key internal and external stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Experience in BIAN architecture - Awareness and experience in Microservices Architecture
• Experience in .NET Core, React JS, Typescript, Next.js, Node.js, Python along with REST, GraphQL and API Development experience, database such as Oracle, PostgresSQL , AWS Aurora
• Extensive experience in Cloud platforms such as AWS & well versed in AI Powered Engineering tools like Cline, GitHub Copilot
• Should have done mentoring, reviewing of codes, making blueprints etc and experience in Secure Coding Practices
• Good Communication and Presentation Skills

Education Qualifications

Bachelor s degree or Master s degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology
