What We're Looking For:

• 7-9 years of software engineering experience


• Strong expertise in Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, or similar backend technologies


• Deep understanding of distributed systems, system design, scalability, and performance optimization


• Experience building and operating large-scale production systems


• Strong knowledge of databases, caching systems, messaging platforms, and cloud infrastructure


• Proven ability to influence technical decisions across teams, mentor engineers, and balance short-term execution with long-term architecture

Nice to Have:

• Experience building consumer internet, e-commerce, marketplace, logistics, or food-tech products


• Event-driven architectures and real-time systems
