Job summary

Tekion is seeking an engineering leader to drive scalable, high-performance systems from Bengaluru. You will mentor engineers, shape platform architecture, and steer key initiatives across teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and architectural direction.

You will champion best practices, observability, and fault-tolerant design while collaborating with product managers and cross-functional partners to deliver robust distributed solutions.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in software engineering.
• Proven experience designing and delivering distributed systems and large-scale applications.
• Experience with AI tools Claude and Copilot.
• Proficiency in cloud-native development, containers, and modern tools.
• Strong performance, scalability, fault tolerance, and observability.
