Multiplier is shaping the future of global hiring by enabling talent to work across 150+ countries with a unified platform. We are seeking a senior engineering leader to drive large-scale product initiatives, shape architectural decisions, and mentor engineers across teams.

You will collaborate with product, design, and leadership to align efforts with business goals, deliver high-quality software, and push for innovation in CI/CD, testing, and scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record delivering impactful projects (SaaS preferred).
• Expertise in Java (mandatory) and ability to learn/adapt to the tech stack.
• Advanced web fundamentals (JavaScript/HTML/CSS) and experience with modern front-end frameworks (React/VueJS/Svelte/Angular).
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud/Azure) and scalable distributed systems.
• Proficiency in database design/optimization for relational and non-relational databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a mindset geared toward innovation and efficiency.
• Leadership abilities with experience guiding cross-functional teams toward shared objectives.
• Data-driven decision-making using metrics to influence technical/product decisions.
• Ability to drive complex projects from ideation to completion with high quality and timely delivery.

What will I be doing?

• Leading the design, development, and delivery of large-scale, complex product initiatives.

What do I need?

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects. SaaS product experience is highly preferred.

• Expertise in Java (mandatory) and the ability to learn and adapt to our tech stack.

• Advanced understanding of web fundamentals (JavaScript/HTML/CSS) and significant experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, VueJS, Svelte, Angular, etc.).

• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and experience building scalable distributed systems.

• Proficiency in database design and optimization, both relational and non-relational.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a mindset geared toward innovation and efficiency.

• Strong leadership abilities and experience guiding cross-functional teams towards shared objectives.
