ModMed Technologies India Private Limited is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to shape the future of a global healthcare platform. You will lead reliability, security, and architecture decisions for AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD, driving scalable, resilient services for doctors and patients.

You will champion observability with DataDog, automate with Terraform/Ansible, mentor engineers, and collaborate with security to ensure HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance while maintaining high availability

Qualifications

• 10–13+ years of experience in SRE or Cloud Architecture.
• AWS stack mastery (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3) with a focus on global scalability and cost-efficiency.
• Professional-level tooling fluency in Kubernetes, DataDog, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible).
• Expert-level scripting (Python/Bash) to build internal tools and platforms.
• Ability to communicate technical vision to executives while conducting deep-dive architectural reviews.

Responsibilities

• Architect long-term reliability strategy for the AWS cloud ecosystem.
• Define global observability standards using DataDog for actionable insights.
