Job summary

Netskope is hiring a Staff Site Reliability Engineer in Bengaluru to join our Application SRE team. You will partner with developers and product managers to design highly available, secure cloud services and strengthen operational efficiency across our RBI/SSPM stack.

You will own monitoring, incident response, capacity planning, and automation efforts while improving performance of micro-services in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• BSCS or equivalent required; MSCS preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Unix/Linux troubleshooting and large-scale web operations.
• Experience with CI/CD automation tools such as Jenkins and Ansible.
• Hands-on with private/public cloud services in scalable production environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build highly available, performant, and secure features with development teams.
• Monitor, measure, and report application and infrastructure health.
• Lead on-call rotations and drive incident response improvements.
• Capacitate capacity planning and performance tuning for microservices.
