Job summary

Aditya Birla Group's Cement division invites applications for a Chemistry specialist at our Karnataka plant. The role focuses on cement chemical analysis, fuel testing, and ensuring BIS/ISO standards compliance, with emphasis on accurate shift reporting and efficient use of raw materials.

You will supervise shift manpower, optimize heavy equipment deployment, and use SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint to prepare daily reports. A B.Sc in Chemistry is Essential; MSc is preferred. Age 27-30.

Qualifications

• Essential: B.Sc with Chemistry as a subject.
• Knowledge of chemical analysis of cement and BIS/ISO standards.
• Experience with shift reporting and fuel testing.
• Familiarity with XRF/XRD operation and calibration.
• Competence in SAP, Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift manpower and efficient deployment of HEMM equipment in RMH activities.
• Ensure optimum utilization of raw materials and fuels.
• Maintain quality parameters per BIS and internal standards.
• Prepare and present daily shift reports and KPIs.
