Job summary

JazzX AI is building AI-native digital workers to transform enterprise work. We are seeking a Product Designer who combines strong product thinking with exceptional visual and interaction design to turn complex processes into intuitive experiences.

You will partner with Product and Engineering to shape production-ready interfaces, contribute to design systems, and iterate with real-world feedback in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design from understanding problems to polished, production-ready designs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate opportunities into user experiences.
• Conduct user and product discovery to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities.
• Design clear, accessible interfaces balancing user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and AI considerations.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system with patterns and components.
• Work with Engineering to ensure fidelity of implementation and quality of output.
• Iterate based on feedback, insights, and data after launch.
• Help raise UX and visual quality across the product organization.

You'll work closely with Product and Engineering to turn ambiguous opportunities into elegant, accessible, and production‑ready experiences.

Roles and responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design , from understanding customer problems and defining experiences to exploring concepts, prototyping, and delivering polished, production-ready designs.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to translate complex and ambiguous business opportunities into simple, intuitive customer experiences.
• Conduct user and product discovery to understand customer needs, workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design clear, accessible, and trustworthy interfaces that balance customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and the unique considerations of AI-powered products.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, and high-fidelity designs that communicate both the experience and the underlying product thinking.
• Contribute to and evolve JazzX AI's design system , including patterns, components, interaction standards, and visual guidelines that enable consistent product experiences as the platform scales.
• Collaborate with Engineering throughout implementation to ensure the final product reflects the intended experience and maintains a high bar for quality.
• Use feedback, customer insights, and product data to continuously iterate and improve the experience after launch.
• Help establish strong design practices and raise the overall UX and visual quality of the product organization.
