JazzX AI in Bengaluru seeks a Director, Technical Product Management to lead the product definition and execution of the Commercial Lending Suite. This hands-on role translates lending workflows into scalable AI-powered enterprise products that operate in regulated environments.

You will own requirements, data models, API contracts, and deployment playbooks, collaborating with Engineering, AI/ML, UX, Delivery, and Customer Success to deliver repeatable implementations rather than bespoke builds.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical product lifecycle for the Commercial Lending Suite.
• Translate business priorities into detailed product requirements, user journeys, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready backlogs.
• Define AI-assisted workflows, including automation boundaries, human approvals, exception handling, and decision logic.
• Partner with Engineering and AI teams to build scalable, production-grade AI capabilities.
• Define and maintain data models, API contracts, integration requirements, and workflow behavior.
• Establish evaluation criteria, quality standards, release readiness, and production monitoring.
• Drive customer discovery sessions to understand real-world lending operations and validate product requirements.
• Partner with customer stakeholders across business, IT, compliance, and security during deployments.
• Define measurable product outcomes, adoption metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build reusable product capabilities, workflow templates, integration patterns, and deployment playbooks to accelerate future implementations.
• Collaborate with Platform Product, Engineering, UX, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Director, Technical Product Management to lead the product definition and execution of the Jazzx.AI Commercial Lending Suite. This is a highly hands-on technical product role responsible for translating commercial lending workflows into scalable AI-powered enterprise products that operate reliably in regulated customer environments.

You will own product requirements, workflow design, AI behaviour, data and integration contracts, evaluation strategy, release readiness, and deployment repeatability. Working closely with Engineering, AI/ML, UX, Customer Success, and Product Leadership, you will ensure every customer deployment strengthens the reusable product rather than becoming a custom implementation.

Required Qualifications

Must Have

• Extensive experience building and shipping E nterprise Software Products used by large organizations.
• Strong hands-on experience in Technical Product Management , including product definition, technical requirements, APIs, workflows, data models, and system integrations.
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI-powered capabilities into production environments , with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience working closely with Engineering and AI/ML teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to make technical product trade-off decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working across globally distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within Financial Services , Banking, Risk & Compliance, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience in Commercial Lending , Mortgage, related lending domains is a significant advantage.
• Experience building enterprise AI, intelligent automation, workflow orchestration, or decisioning platforms.
