Job summary

Bellcom Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced Staff Platform Engineer to lead enterprise platform engineering, cloud-native architecture, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives. The role focuses on scalable platforms, self-service capabilities, and automation to improve developer productivity, security, and software delivery.

You will define platform standards, design reusable services, modernize cloud infrastructure, and advance DevOps, CI/CD, and IaC.

Qualifications

• 810 years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or related fields.
• Strong expertise in cloud-native architecture, platform engineering, and automation.
• Experience building enterprise platforms and developer self-service solutions.
• Technical leadership and cross-team collaboration experience.
• Must hold at least one certification: AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), or Google Cloud Digital Leader.

Responsibilities

• Define platform architecture, engineering standards, and technical roadmaps.
• Design scalable platforms, reusable services, frameworks, and self-service solutions.
• Drive cloud modernization, DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Implement AI-driven engineering solutions using LLMs, AI agents, MCP, and RAG.
