Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable platform services, APIs, SDKs and self-service capabilities.
• Build intelligent automation for development, testing, deployment, operations, governance and security.
• Develop AI agents, LLM-based workflows and orchestration using RAG, MCP and prompt/context engineering.
• Enhance internal developer platforms and improve developer experience (DevEx).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code and cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Improve monitoring, observability and reliability; support debugging and root-cause analysis.
• Embed security, compliance and governance guardrails into delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, security and architecture teams.

Job Description:

We are hiring a Senior Associate Platform Engineer to build and support platform services, automation frameworks and cloud infrastructure that improve software delivery, reliability and developer productivity. You will work on SDLC automation, CI/CD, internal developer platforms and AI-driven engineering (LLM workflows, AI agents, RAG, MCP integrations).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain scalable platform services, reusable APIs, SDKs and self-service capabilities
• Build intelligent automation for development, testing, deployment, operations, governance and security
• Develop AI agents, LLM-based workflows and agent orchestration using RAG, MCP and prompt/context engineering
