Job summary

Revanta Hospital in Tamil Nadu is seeking a Staff Nurse to deliver safe, compassionate nursing care in our Nursing Services department.

The successful candidate will hold GNM or B.Sc. Nursing with valid council registration, 1–4 years of clinical experience, and be willing to work in a 3-shift rotation. You will collaborate with doctors, monitor patients, administer medications, maintain records, adhere to infection control standards, and participate in training and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory).
• Valid State Nursing Council Registration.
• 1–4 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients as per clinical protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by consultants.
• Monitor and document patient condition, vital signs, and progress.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
• Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and NABH standards.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and discharge care.
• Coordinate with doctors and allied healthcare teams for continuity of care.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and availability of nursing equipment and supplies.
• Participate in departmental training, quality initiatives, and continuous learning.
