Job description

We are currently hiring.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with doctors and other field staff to support project implementation.
  • Assist doctors and field staff for smooth execution of the project.
  • Coordinate with local community workers such as Anganwadi and ASHA workers for effective service delivery when the MMU is in the village.
  • Provide preventive, promotive, and curative health care services under the supervision of the doctor.
  • Conduct individual and group sessions on reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, RTI/STI, safe sex, family planning, and other health topics in the community.
  • Provide ANC and PNC checkups to beneficiaries.
  • Orient Community Health Volunteers on counselling techniques and coordinate outreach-based BCC and psychosocial support activities.
  • Manage the MMU, including record keeping and patient flow management.
  • Refer patients to the nearest health facility for secondary treatment and follow‑up.
  • Maintain the OPD register, stocks of medicines and health care products, and relevant reports and documents.
  • Enter data for all patients into the MIS software daily.
  • Submit the monthly timesheet to the reporting manager.
  • Implement the project overall, managing its technical and operational aspects.
  • Coordinate with donors and other external stakeholders at the project area level.
  • Prepare the MMU movement schedule and ensure effective implementation of all project activities.
  • Prepare technical reports, MIS reports, progress reports, narrative reports, field observation and visit reports, case studies, photographs, and process documentation related to the project.
Qualifications
