Manipal Hospitals in Pune seeks a dedicated nurse to provide direct patient care and implement care plans as advised by doctors. You will monitor vitals, maintain records, and ensure patient safety through infection control and proper medication handling.

The role includes documenting care, participating in rounds with doctors, educating patients and relatives, and ensuring adequate supplies. Emphasis on communication during shift changes and ongoing professional development.

• Provide direct patient care and implement patient care plans as per doctor's recommendation.
• Monitor, record vital parameters and report any changes to the doctors.
• Adhere to infection control protocols, safe medication administration and storage.
• Educate patients and relatives on medications and self-care during stay and discharge.
• Document care in inpatient records and maintain continuity during shift changes.

• Responsible for consumables:- for the patients under her nursing care, accounting and indenting of consumables/ medicines & nursing supplies and ensuring the availability of the same.
• Educate patients / patient relatives on medication and self care during stay and discharge as necessary for recovery.
• Collect patients' feedback during the discharge.
• Updation on essential knowledge and skill by participating in on-going CNE (continuing using education).
