Qualifacts Systems Inc. in Vadodara is seeking an onsite Network Engineer to design, deploy, and manage AWS networking across multiple accounts.

The role requires handling VPCs, Transit Gateway, VPNs, Direct Connect, and edge security with CDN/WAF policies, while coordinating with security and compliance teams. The position is a night shift (6:30pm-3:30am IST) in the Vadodara office, five days a week, with no remote option.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and maintaining AWS networking across multiple accounts.
• Ability to operate hybrid connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with network security, DNS, CDN, and edge policies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS networking: VPCs, Transit Gateway, peering, routing, security groups, and NACLs across multiple AWS accounts.
• Operate hybrid connectivity between on-premises datacenters and AWS, including site-to-site VPN and AWS Direct Connect.
• Manage datacenter network infrastructure in colocation facilities (e.g., Equinix): switching, routing, firewalls, SDWAN, cabling standards, and cross-connects.
• Support datacenter migration and expansion projects, including network design, equipment staging, cutover planning, and post-move validation.
• Administer load balancers, including SSL/TLS certificate requests, CSR generation, installation, and renewals.
• Manage CDN, WAF, and edge security policies (e.g., Akamai), and DNS configuration.
• Monitor network performance and availability using observability tools (e.g., New Relic, Solarwinds) and respond to alerts and incidents.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and routing issues across cloud and on-premises environments, and lead root-cause analysis.
• Execute changes during scheduled maintenance windows following change management processes.
• Maintain network documentation: diagrams, IP address plans, runbooks, and configuration standards.
• Work with security and compliance teams to keep the network aligned with HIPAA and internal security requirements.
• Support new AWS initiatives and projects by helping design, deploy, and operate cloud workloads, including architecture, security, and cost considerations.
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and AWS support on cases, quotes, and service changes.

This is an onsite position, 5 days/week, in the Vadodara office working the NIGHT SHIFT. Hours are 6:30pm-3:30am IST. Remote applicants will not be considered.
