Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Staff LiDAR Algorithms Engineer to serve as a technical leader in the design and development of algorithms for our next-generation LiDAR sensor products. This is a player‑coach role: you will personally drive critical algorithm development hands‑on while providing technical direction across the sensing pipeline.

You will work across the full signal chain – from raw sensor data through DSP, detection, ranging, and point cloud generation – with a strong end‑to‑end systems perspective that connects algorithm performance to opto‑mechanical behavior, hardware constraints, and top‑level sensor requirements. You will collaborate closely with firmware, software, optics, and systems teams to deliver robust, production‑quality algorithms for automotive‑grade LiDAR.
