Job summary

SiFive, a pioneer in RISC-V, seeks an experienced Formal Verification expert to lead verification for digital hardware blocks. You will define test plans, build and maintain FV environments, and work with design teams to ensure sign-off metrics are met.

Applicants should have 7+ years in FV, strong knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog, and familiarity with VC Formal/JasperGold. Join a collaborative team advancing processor technology and verification methodologies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Formal Verification of Digital Hardware Design.
• BS/MS/PhD in EE/CE/CS or related field.
• Extensive experience with Formal Abstraction Techniques and sign-off process.
• Familiarity with industry-standard Formal Verification Tools, such as VC Formal, JasperGold.
• Knowledge of Hardware Description and Verification Languages, such as Verilog/ SystemVerilog.
• Knowledge of Object-oriented Programming is a plus.
• A keen interest in Processors and Digital systems.
• Strong reasoning skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Good inter-personal and teamwork skills!

• Develop/modify scripts to automate the verification process.
• Review formal setups and proofs with design and verification teams.
• Maintain and extend assertion libraries.
