kAIgentic is building the intelligence layer for the world's most ambitious enterprises. The Staff Engineer—Security & Compliance—leads security architecture across our enterprise platform, driving an audit-ready posture (ISO 27001/42001, SOC 2) for global deployments.

You own the compliance programs day-to-day and oversee Responsible AI security in coordination with leadership. You will define security architecture vision, ensure auditability by design, and mentor engineers on secure practices.

The Role

As Staff Engineer on the Security & Compliance team, reporting to the Head of Security &

Responsible AI, you are the lead technical authority for security architecture across kAIgentic's

enterprise platform — driving that architecture into audit-ready compliance posture (ISO

27001/42001, SOC 2, and beyond) for a global banking client base. This is a rare combination:

hands-on security architecture plus direct, day-to-day ownership of the compliance programs that

prove it works, with strategic direction and final sign-off sitting with the Head of Security &

Responsible AI.

What You'll Do

Security architecture (primary)

Help define the long-term security architecture vision for kAIgentic's platform across all

deployment regions, in partnership with the Head of Security & Responsible AI

Architect bank-grade isolation models guaranteeing zero data leakage between legal entities,

business functions, and projects in multi-entity global deployments

Design the compliance-by-design framework ensuring auditability is built into every system,

not bolted on

Lead the security model for agentic AI systems — isolation of LLM contexts, secure prompt

handling, output validation — in coordination with the Responsible AI lead

Establish cryptographic architecture: tenant-level encryption, key hierarchy, rotation policies

Embed secure, Responsible-AI-driven SDLC practices directly into the AI-assisted/agentic

development workflow — eval-gate integration, guardrail enforcement in CI/CD, and securing

the coding-agent-driven build process itself, not just applying traditional SDLC security to

AI-generated output

Evaluate emerging security technologies and threats in the agentic AI landscape

Mentor leads and senior engineers on security architecture

Compliance ownership

Lead ISO 27001/42001 and SOC 2 programs day to day — control mapping, evidence

collection, auditor liaison — with final accountability held by the Head of Security &

Responsible AI

• Contribute to and execute the audit strategy satisfying regulators across jurisdictions (MAS Singapore, FCA UK, FSA Japan, OCC US)
• Run vendor/third-party security risk reviews and own privacy posture (GDPR/CCPA as applicable)
• Own resilience planning (BCP/DR)
• Lead security due diligence for enterprise customers; represent kAIgentic's security and compliance posture to CISOs, auditors, and regulators
• Drive security culture and secure development practices across all engineering teams
