Qualifications

• Experience with OpenText ExStream and xPression required.
• Strong Linux platform experience and Content Server administration.
• Hands-on development and admin of WebReports and LiveReports.
• Deep knowledge of Content Server workflows, UI, and CSUI widgets.
• REST API integration and external system connectivity.
• Content Server upgrades, patching, and maintenance experience.
• SQL query development and tuning against Content Server DB.
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS) in OTDS/Content Server context.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

• Perform defect resolution, performance tuning, system troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis.
• Support solution documentation, testing, deployments, and post‑go‑live enhancements.
• Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure high‑quality and timely delivery.
• Apply deep technical knowledge and architectural understanding of OpenText Content Server and OpenText Directory Services (OTDS).
• Proactively identify and resolve potential system and performance issues.
