Job summary

Nagarro is seeking an OpenText platform expert to design, customize, and support OpenText Content Server solutions in a Linux environment. You will develop advanced WebReports, integrate with external systems via REST APIs, and drive complex workflows.

The role requires hands-on experience with ExStream, xPression, OTDS, and Content Server administration, along with strong SQL skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a Hyderabad setting.

• Support solution documentation, testing, deployments, and post‑go‑live enhancements.
• Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
• Apply deep technical knowledge and architectural understanding of OpenText Content Server and OpenText Directory Services (OTDS).
• Develop and customize solutions using JavaScript and jQuery.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential system and performance issues.
• Provide technical support and contribute to continuous improvement of OpenText platforms and solutions.
