Detailed Job Description

As a Staff Engineer specializing in .NET Core, frontend frameworks, and AI integration at Scendsky in Bangalore, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of core system architecture, code quality, technical mentorship, and AI-driven feature development. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing scalable backend services using .NET Core / C#, building responsive user interfaces with React or Angular, prototyping and implementing Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and conducting rigorous architectural reviews.
