Job summary

Nagarro in India is seeking a seasoned Oracle CPQ Consultant to lead end-to-end Cloud integrations, configurations, pricing logic, and document generation for large enterprise clients.

You will translate business requirements into scalable Oracle CPQ solutions, collaborate with CRM/ERP teams (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle Fusion), and mentor junior consultants while ensuring best practices in DevOps and version control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in enterprise application consulting with hands-on Oracle CPQ Cloud.
• Strong hands-on expertise in BML, BMQL, XSLT, and Oracle CPQ configuration modules.
• Understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes, pricing models, commerce flows, and approvals.
• Experience with Oracle CPQ integrations with CRM/ERP platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, SAP, etc.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and middleware-based integration patterns.
• Experience in Oracle CPQ configuration, commerce processes, pricing logic, document generation, and customizations.
• Troubleshooting and optimizing BML scripts, BMQL queries, and XSLT-based templates.
• Experience supporting unit testing, UAT, deployments, and release management.
• Familiarity with version control, DevOps, and enterprise deployment processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to conduct workshops and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams.
• Oracle CPQ certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present solution designs and integration architectures to stakeholders.
• Support unit testing, system integration testing, UAT, deployments, and post-production support.
• Ensure adherence to version control, DevOps, and release management best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure Oracle CPQ aligns with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure successful delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

• Total Experience 6+ years
• Strong experience in enterprise application consulting with hands‑on experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud
• Strong hands‑on expertise in BML, BMQL, XSLT, and Oracle CPQ configuration modules
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, pricing models, commerce flows, and approval workflows
• Proven experience in Oracle CPQ integrations with CRM/ERP platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, SAP, etc.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and middleware‑based integration patterns
• Experience with Oracle CPQ configuration, commerce processes, pricing logic, document generation, and customizations
• Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing BML scripts, BMQL queries, and XSLT‑based document templates
• Experience supporting unit testing, UAT, production deployments, and release management
• Familiarity with version control, DevOps practices, and enterprise application deployment processes

• Prepare and present solution designs, technical approaches, and integration architectures to business and technical stakeholders
• Support unit testing, system integration testing, UAT, production deployment, and post-production support
• Ensure adherence to version control, DevOps, release management, and enterprise development best practices
• Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues and perform root cause analysis to implement sustainable solutions
• Ensure Oracle CPQ solutions align with enterprise architecture, business rules, security requirements, and integration standards
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and provide technical direction across implementation teams
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, reusable assets, technical documentation, and best practices
