Job summary

Stryker in India seeks an experienced QA Automation Engineer to lead verification and validation efforts, develop automated test frameworks, and perform manual testing as needed. You will participate in agile ceremonies and drive QA process improvements.

The role requires 7–11 years in software testing, hands-on experience with Python/Java and frameworks like Selenium, Cucumber or Pytest, and strong SDLC knowledge. Regulatory awareness and ISTQB/CSM/PSM certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Educational degree of BE/B.Tech/ME/M. Tech in Computer Science/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering.
• 7-11 years of experience in Software Testing (Automation & Manual).
• Hands-on in the test automation framework & script development using Python, Java and has experience in various frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber or Pytest.
• Knowledge of software configuration/version control and bug tracking tools.
• Proficient in SDLC, Test Methodologies, Bug Lifecycle, Test Case development, and Risk Assessment.

Responsibilities
