Job summary

Stryker in India is seeking a senior engineer to perform Verification and Validation of medical device software and related applications, and to lead the design and development of the test automation framework.

You will translate requirements into test design, perform unit/integration/system verification using C/C++, Python, and collaborate with global R&D teams.

The role requires mentoring a team of test development engineers and contributing to test strategy and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in embedded software development/verification & validation with experience of leading a team of test development and test automation engineers.
• Strong knowledge and experience in C/C++/Python and experience in working with test fixture development involving hardware and software.
• Ability to understand datasheets, schematics and hands on experience with tools like oscilloscopes, function generator, DMM, logic analyzer and other hardware analysis tools.

• Ability to work with individuals around the world on distributed development activities.
• Excellent problem solving and debugging skills.
